What is a Low Pile Rug?
Our rugs are cotton chenille rugs made using advanced printing technology. They are similar in concept to rug alternatives, but they are not rug covers or mats. The printed surface is woven cotton chenille fabric, offering a premium look and feel with a lightweight construction that's perfect for everyday living.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our rugs as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. If you're in Cairo or Giza, you can request an inspection before receiving the rug to see it in your own space.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days in Cairo & Giza, and 5 to 7 business days for all other governorates across Egypt.
Do you have a showroom?
At the moment, we operate online only and don't have a physical showroom. If you're in Cairo or Giza, our inspection before delivery service lets you see the rug in your home before making your final decision.
Can I order a custom size or design?
At the moment, we offer ready-made designs and standard sizes only. Custom sizes and personalized designs are not available.
