Processing Time
All orders require up to 2 business days (weekdays only) for processing before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Areas & Timeframes
- Cairo, Giza, and Helwan: Orders are delivered by our dedicated delivery fleet within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Other Governorates in Egypt: Orders are shipped through our logistics partner SMSA Express and Bosta. Delivery typically takes between 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and government regulations.
Inspection & Delivery Policy
Inspection upon delivery is not available, as our shipping partners do not support package inspection at the time of delivery.
Customers may request inspection before dispatch by notifying us in advance via email or WhatsApp. Inspection requests must be submitted before the order is shipped.

If the customer refuses the order upon delivery due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and return fees based on their location.
